Long Scarves

Our long Merino Lambs Wool scarves are super soft and very warm and have been lightly felted for extra durability and wind protection.  All our scarves are knitted in Scotland using a punch-card system on a manual vintage knitting machine, with bespoke two-colour fair isle patterns unique to Hebridean Journey.  Our  "Barley" pattern is inspired by the gaelic name for the island of Tiree - used for centuries as Tìr an Eòrna, ‘the land of barley’.   Our linear pattern is called "Morse" and is the name Tiree repeated in Morse Code.
